Talent Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator
This role is a 4 - 6 week temporary assignment working in the office on the outskirts of Reading - parking available
The successful candidate will be supporting various high-volume recruitment campaigns in resourcing and administration duties as below:
Sourcing and screening potential candidates
Briefing candidates over the telephone
Inputting data onto our inhouse database to track candidate submission and progression
Ensuring all information is updated on systems
Supporting in the writing job specifications with consultants and posting to external job sites
Additional administrative duties
Project work as and when required
Key Skills:
Ideally you will have some previous recruitment or resourcing experience however a can do and proactive person will also be a great fit
You will require strong organisational skills
You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong administrative and MS Office skills
An eye for detail and proactive approach
A real team player
This is an exciting opportunity with potential to progress towards a Consultant capacity role if this is your desired path, with full training and encouragement from the team. In return, you will be working in a dynamic, friendly, professional but fun environment. You will be required to be available to work weekends and until 8pm on occasion
