Job Details
You will be responsible for supporting the departments in a varied range of duties, although assistance across other areas of the business may also be required to include:
Accurately and promptly process the audio typing of fee earners
File all relevant documentation in a timely and precise manner
Open and close client matters
Scan documents to the appropriate case management system
Prepare and send files to archive, maintaining appropriate records.
Receive and make telephone calls to clients and third parties where required.
You will be an approachable and proactive individual with excellent communication skills
Attention to detail is essential
They will require someone with confidence and friendliness that will fit in with the team.
This position is temporary, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
In return you will be paid a salary of £10.50 per hour.
