Duration: 1 month
Hours: 09.00 - 17.30
Days: 4-5 days per week
Rate: £13 - 14.00 per hour

My client who is a leading Private Sport Clinic based in Marylebone are seeking a temporary Office Assistant / PA to CEO.
You will need to be an enthusiastic, proactive and organised Office Manager / Office Assistant. You will be based in their offices in Marylebone and report to the CEO, working with the Group Management team.
Duties will include:
Administrative Support
* To provide PA and secretarial support to the Executive team
* Plan and organise meetings as requested and arrange schedules of meetings for recurring events
* Provide project management support, undertaking research to given deadlines
* Print and photocopy paperwork for meetings as required
* Arrange meeting venues, refreshments
* Maintain databases of information
* Manage diaries
* Make travel arrangements
* Prepare travel expenses for Executive team
* Manage corporate events
Office Management
* Arrange the office supplies, including stationary for office and consultant practice use, to be ordered and replenished
* Manage photocopier and other office equipment and supply contracts
* Liaise with department managers to arrange hot desking for employees
* Liaise with external providers for office working with facilities team as required
