The main objective of a Technical Service Advisor is to provide all customers with exceptional standard of service by delivering excellent customer service. As a Technical Service Advisor you are responsible for customer liaison, assisting with technical enquires, scheduling engineers for instillation of electronics.

My client is looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent bases in Golders Green.
Description
The main duties of Technical Service Advisor are:
To act as the first point of contact
Attend company meetings as and when required
To answer customer and other employee's queries and complaints by email, telephone and letter
To liaise with and schedule Engineers for call outs and instillation of electrical products
To develop a good knowledge of the in house company products
To liaise with company QA Manager as and when required
Required to ensure customer complaints procedure is followed by liaising with Engineering Team
To assist in the preparation of Sales literature, Production instruction and Product Packaging
To work closely and support the Technical Service Supervisor by answering customer complaints, returns and replacement Profile
The successful candidate for this role has:
Previously worked in a similar role
A good knowledge and understanding of electrical installation systems and smart WIFI products.
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Has a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good Time Management
Strong organisation skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Proactive and can do attitude Job Offer
