Temporary Surveying opportunities have arisen within the London Residential private sector. We are working with a number of clients looking to add to their Building Surveying teams. These opportunities are based in Central London
Client Details
Leading surveying practices based in Central London, focusing on the Residential Sector.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting the Senior Building Surveyors in their day-to-day activities
Confident in delivering a wide range of residential building surveying duties
Building pathology - identifying causes of damage and construction defects, assessing repair requirements
Health & Safety Legislation & CDM Regulations, Party Wall etc Act
Project managing the reinstatement of damaged buildings or repairs
Building surveys for homeowners or occupational reasons.
Able to work be self-motivated and work independently across several locations.Profile
The successful candidate will be:
Well-developed level of technical building knowledge
Good knowledge and understanding of building regulations and statutory requirements.
Ability to identify, analyse and manage risk and diagnose building defects
Strong level of communication between team members and clients
Knowledgeable with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel & Outlook
Driving license preferable however not essentialJob Offer
