Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our established teams, making placements across the Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients and candidates.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Generate business through outbound sales and business development; you will be a natural people’s person with a flair for developing and maintaining excellent relationships.

* Able to work in a busy and demanding office environment

* Supplying temporary and permanent workers into clients across the region

* Manage client accounts daily

* Possess exceptional candidate sourcing ability - using job boards

* Interviewing candidates and maintain recruitment administration

* Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients

* Hold client meetings face to face – full driving license ESSENTIAL.
