Logistics Administrator (Pharmaceuticals), Slough:Dealing with all B2B customer queries and logistics matters to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Previous experience in a Pharmaceuticals environment - This is a requirement
Deviation Management
Managing and recording deviation matters - temperature, storage, damage, etc
Dealing with invoice raising and tracking
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Providing import and export documentation and administration
Answering customer queries
Organise and store paperwork, documents and maintain electronic databases
Other admin support where required.

You will need the enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to join a small team in a dynamic working environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Pharmaceuticals environment - This is a requirement
Ideally, good knowledge of SAP
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
Strong organisation and planning skills
Good telephone manner* Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Job Offer
circa £12 - £17 per hour dependant upon experience (client still to confirm)
