Pin-point Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our e-commerce client, a major and well-known retailer, based in Rugby, CV23 0XH. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives across all shifts, with immediate starts, this is a great opportunity to find a permanent full-time job working within a friendly team and now is the perfect time to join our client as they are on an exciting and busy period of growth.
We are looking for people with a good attitude and enthusiasm; previous industrial experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
As a warehouse operative you consider that you are interested to:
* Being part of a great team and have initiative to work on your own.
* Perform packing operations in accordance with time, quality, and quantity targets.
* prepare packing machines with packing materials (cans, boxes, bags, containers, wrapping etc.)
* Control the quality of packaged items.
As a warehouse operative you will need to have the below skills:
* Manual handling experience
* Flexible attitude and team player
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Self-starter
* must have a flexible approach to working hours.
Working pattern: The site operates 7 days a week, so you would be required to be flexible around working weekends, at least every second weekend.
5 working days with 2 days off –
Sunday – Thursday
Tuesday - Saturday
Night shift – 10pm – 6am
Night shift rate - £9.47ph for the first 12 weeks after 12 weeks £12.43ph
*Overtime is readily available with rates varying from between time and a half to triple time*
