Market leading company in Macclesfield looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a motivated and successful team. A long term career opportunity with a fantastic company who treat their staff brilliantly.
The salary is up to £22,000 dependant on experience with immediate start available.
Ideal candidate will have proven experience communicating with businesses and organisations in a Customer Service role, will be an excellent communicator at all levels and will be a driver with own vehicle.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily duties of customer service, reporting to customer service manager
- Assisting other departments to make sure customer needs are met
- Acting as key point of contact between the company and stakeholders
- Point of contact for customers and complaints worldwide
- Managing the process of each enquiry through to production & dispatch
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring items are shipped on time
- Attending client and customer visits when needed
- Providing performance reports in team meetings
- Maintaining customer database
