HR and Payroll Officer
Our client based in Hortonwood is looking for an permanent experienced HR and payroll officer to join their team supporting over 300 employees.
You will be Collecting timesheet data from managers to facilitate payment of employees, reconciliation of payroll data within Sage, overtime reporting and inputting hours and deductions to Sage, processing starters and leavers, completing RTI submissions, calculating SSP, SPP, SMP, processing BACS payments, emailing out payslips
You will also be Managing and resolving Payment queries, feedbacking to managers on any issues with timesheets/processing payroll, controlling account reconciliations, Payroll associated journals in Sage accounts.
 
You will be Keeping Sirrom absence management system up-to-date with new starter information, salary data and skill levels, managing holidays and supporting HR with adhoc tasks, monitoring and reporting all sickness and providing correct data to management teams.
 
Ideal Candidate

2/3 years experience working with 200+ employees
Experience operating in a similar role utilising Sage Payroll, Sage Accounts, NEST
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel
Excellent Attention to Detail and Data Analysis skills
Team Player
Organised and AnalyticalFull Time Permanent
Salary £25,000-£28,000 per annum
