Customer Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity to join a leading Logistic company based in Derby on a Fulltime Temporary ongoing basis - Position can be made permanent for the right candidate.

An experienced Customer Service Advisor required for an immediate start.
Monday - Friday (Apply online only) but flexibility is needed.
Annual pay of £19k
Duties include:
- Answer customer queries escalate issues to team leader if needed.
- Developing and managing relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate and reports.
- Contacting customers via direct outbound telephone calls to advise of updates

The successful candidate will have Excellent Customer & Service focus ideally from a Logistics background.
Must be Confident , motivated and able to work within a team.
Communication is key and must demonstrate at all times a professional approach.
Good working knowledge of MS Packages
Must have a flexible approach to work.
Onsite parking available.
(Due to shifts and location own Transport is an advantage)
