Job Title: Generalist HR Advisor
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
My client is looking for an HR Advisor that has previous experience working in a warehousing and distribution environment. You will need to be confident in dealing with all aspects of HR including disciplinaries and grievances.
As a HR Advisor you will have the following responsibilities.
· Dealing with reports and meeting deadlines.
· Managing HR processes
· Advising management on any staff issues
· Training and development
· Understanding of the provision of the GDPR
· Support with employee performance (probation and IWP)
· Experience in building strong relationships across different departments
· Addressing staff at beginning or end of shift
Ideal candidate
· CIPD level 5
· Strong communication skills
· Experience working in a warehouse environment
· Confident and be able to challenge others
· Good Excel skills, (pivot tables, V-look ups)
· Good administration skills
· Minimum 3 years of experience
