Proactive Personnel are recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a modern manufacturing company in Cross Lanes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Daily production tasks
* Producing retail packs and wholesales packing
* Operating machinery and equipment as required
* Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed
* Assisting in the packing and processing of all food products
* Assisting with the achievement of departmental KPI’s and targets
* Assist in minimising production costs
* Minimising wastage
Learning & Development
* Attending Company Training courses/sessions which will support your continuous personal development to ensure the manufacturing capability keeps pace with or exceeds the customer requirements. This will cover; food quality, food safety, health & safety, animal welfare where applicable

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
* High attention to detail
* Good team player
* Keen to learn new tasks and develop skills
* Previous experience of working in a similar role
Location: Cross Lanes, Wrexham
Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £9.15 per hour (increase after 12 weeks)
Hours: 07:45am – 18:45am - 4 days a week or Monday to Friday 9:00am - 18:00pm
