Job Details

Registered Care Home Manager needed for a learning disabilities residential care service based in Bournemouth.
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a registered care manager holding previous experience in managing a residential service supporting service users with learning disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to join a nationwide leading organisation in delivering the highest standards of care for people with complex needs.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Service
This is a four bedded residential service focused around supporting service users with learning disabilities including supporting individuals with autism, epilepsy, down syndrome and mobility difficulties. The service provides facilities to be able to conduct sensory sessions for the service users on a daily basis. You will be joining a well-established service which is currently CQC rated 'Good'.
Role
The position is contracted to 37.5 hours across the calendar week, including evenings and weekends so flexibility will be required. Pay is £32,500 per year with 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. Candidate
Must have previous managerial experience in care settings and generally be flexible in their availability. A Thorough knowledge of care standards and legal regulation requirements is essential as well as records of achieving and maintaining these standards to the highest level of service.

Further Requirements:
*Registered Managers award plus NVQ4/SVQ4 in Health and Social care or Leadership & Management or;
*NVQ3/SVQ3 in Health and Social care plus eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
*Valid driver's licence and car.
