Are you an individual with good admin skills, like being busy whilst working in fast pace environment and have good communication and management skills? This job is for you!
We are a recruitment company, and we are currently growing our on-site team with the increasing demand of one of our biggest clients in the area. With that we are looking for a full-time onsite coordinator to support account manager in management of our temporary colleagues, bookings and client management on daily basis.
General responsibilities:
- Supporting with the daily bookings
- Candidates check ins
- Taxi bookings
- Updating Plan with new candidates
- Engaging with candidates on their availability and relating the information on the availability list, updating the plan with information relating to candidates
- Payroll data entry, completing KPIs and reporting on daily figures
- Trouble shooting and escalations to the Onsite Account manager
What are we looking for in our ideal candidate?
- Strong admin skills and good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building effective working relationships
- Time management Skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong problem-solving skills
Client operates round the clock, seven days a week and we as a team follow their hours pattern. Hours of work are flexible and will be agreed amongst the team, but some weekend working might be required.
Due to remote location of the client, candidate must be able to commute.
There are number of nationalities amongst our colleagues hence ability to communicate in numerous languages is desired
