Extrusion Operative

Based in Banbury this role in a well-established business is to start immediately and would be ideal for someone with previous knowledge of extrusion coating, however, experienced production operatives with factory experience will also be considered. 

You will be working on production lines, setting up and adjusting machines according to product specifications, loading raw materials and checking product quality. 

You will be working within a small, experienced team who will be willing to train and assist the successful candidate.
 
A forklift licence would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
 
Current shift pattern alternates between 1 week (Monday to Thursday) on days (06.00hrs-18.00hrs) and 1 week (Monday to Thursday) on nights (18.00hrs – 06.00hrs).  In addition to this, there will be a requirement to work one Friday in four from (phone number removed)hrs.  The above is based on a five week cycle, with every fifth week being a rest period.  This work pattern equates to 1950 hours per anum (37.5 hours per week).

There is a shift allowance available on top of the hourly rate, pension, life assurance and free on-site parking.
