Location-Lincoln

Rate-Up to £24.38 p/h

Contract length-4 months (End of October)

Part time- 3 days a week

Are you an effective leader looking for a contract for an established public sector group? Are you able to supervise and motivate multiple employees whilst showing continuous creativity and innovation?

If so, then this could be the contract for you.

Our client is looking for an individual who is able to oversee and lead maintenance procuedures, including the supervision of staff within the department. The succesful candidate will be able to track expenses, report progress, and assign schedules.

Additional responsiblities include, but are not limited to;

Produce reports for management detailing financial performance and monitoring KPI's
Communicate at all levels including employees, tennants and partners
Experience of identifying and implementing initiatives to promote a high level of customer service and ensuring effective quality control and checking service provision
Delegate effectively by prioritising workloads,handling conflicts and attending meetings out of hours.In return our client is offering;
