Food and Beverage Supervisor - Events and Weddings
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Job Type: Permanent

Have you got previous experience in the food and beverage industry, weddings or event hosting?

The ins and outs of the role:
Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of the events and weddings hosted at the venue.
Host the conferences, weddings and events and conform with potential customers and guests.
Ensure all the guests are catered for and receive the highest standards of service, drive repeat business and build meaningful relationships.
Motivate your fellow team members and ensure they are carrying out their role effectively.
Offer assistance to help all guests from the minute you greet them.
What do we need from you?
Lets not beat around the bush, this role is boots on the ground and you need to have the passion and hunger to thrive in a busy hospitality environment.
Previous experience working within hotels, event or weddings is preferred (all 3 is a bonus)
We are also open to discussing the opportunity with someone that has host experience in bar and restaurants with busy food operations.
Flexibility surrounding hours is a must, as we know hospitality and catering works around the clock.
Drive to progress, Supervisor to Manager to group manager is a reality.
A bubbly energetic individual who loves people and has a passion for amazing customer service.
