Job Details
Our client based just north of Lincoln City Centre are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis until at least March 2022.
The role is working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday.
The duties of the role will include;
* Monitor the facilities mailbox and organise repairs, maintenance and caretaker requests along with taking incoming calls
* Assign work to internal members of staff and external contractors
* Generate purchase orders in order for work to be completed
* Ensure each request is prioritised and work completing within agreed SLA's
* Actively monitor each tasks progress and chase up completion
To be considered for this role you must have great knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, be able to show relevant working background in planning, prioritising and coordinating abilities and be able to pass a security check.
