Job Details

Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator required for a well established dry lining sub contractor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on high profile projects with packages up to £5 Million in Value, and will assist in the Estimating of new tenders. Working in a range of sectors there projects include the residential, education, commercial, retail, health, leisure and public sectors. Great Quantity Surveying / Estimating opportunity to work in Southern Counties.

With a growing demand, my client currently requires a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work as part of an established commercial team. Although you will be office based you will be require to travel to sites in the region. You will be working on a mixture of projects in all sectors up to £5 Million in value but with the majority of projects being in the £500k - £1M range.

In order to be successful you will need:

- Have considerable work experience with a UK Main / Sub - Contractor as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, with a knowledge of Estimating

- Have experience of preparing estimates for projects in excess of £1 Million in value

- Preferably experience within the commercial, education and health care sectors

- Be Driven, a great communicator and strive to achieve
