Adecco are currently recruiting for Business Development Executives to join our client based in a remote village just on the edge of Northampton, so the successful candidates will need access to their own vehicle as it is not accessible via public transport.
This is a permanent opportunity paying between £18k - £20k per annum with start dates available ASAP.
Role Overview
The role will predominately involve out bound business development calls including warm and cold calling to identify business development opportunities for your clients and arranging meetings on their behalf across the UK. You will work very closely with your clients to fully understand their products and or services to understand the results they would like you to deliver. This means you will be in regular contact using different means of communication on a daily/weekly basis.
Duties to include (Not limited to)
Making outbound sales calls on a daily basis
Gathering market information to report back to clients
Creating a pipeline of hot leads to convert to client meetings
Building relationships with potential new clients
Managing your clients diary in order for you to book meetings
Occasional face to face meetings with your clients
Developing and adapting your campaign to suit client requirement
Administration of accounts which will include the use of all MS applications and a bespoke client databasePerson Specification
Comfortable making outbound calls
Ability to identify sales leads
Enjoy speaking with and building relationships with new people over the phone
Great telephone manner
Ambitious, focused and career driven
Experience working in a customer focused role
Ability to work well in a fast-paced high pressures environment
