Customer Service Executive

Do you have a customer service background and available immediately? 

My client is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their team at a time of growth. Your role will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and to ensure customer satfisfaction is exceeded.

Customer Service Executive
£10 per hour
Temporary to Permanent
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30

Duties:

Managing inbound customer communications through to resolution
Using data driven insights to drive positive change within the business
Outbound customer communication
Ensuring positive outcomes from customer engagements 
Liaise with other departments to improve customer experienceRequirements:

Customer Service experience
Able to drive continuous KPI imprvoements
Excellent communication skills 
Able to use own initiative and drive results
