South Korean Customer Service Executive
Pertemps are looking for a South Korean Speaking Customer Service Executive on behalf of a client based in Wokingham.
Immediate Starts
£10 - £13 per hour dependant on experience.
As a South Korean Speaking Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Taking Inbound Calls, make Outbound when required call on behalf of our Clients.
- Managing high volume of E-mails on behalf of Clients, whilst providing a quality service at all times.
- Professional Service recognising Brand Values, be a good team player and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Provide support on other campaigns as well in time - training will be provided.
- Following escalation process at all times.
The successful South Korean Speaking Customer Service Executive will possess the following:
- Target driven (target for emails will be assigned each day) and able to follow clear instructions and processes.
- Excel skills required as well as very good attention to details and able to multitask.
- Strong customer service skills required, flexible approach, team spirit and desire to progress, strong MS Office skills (excel is essential, outlook and word) and good attention to detail.
- To have a flexible approach to working hours.
- Data entry skills is a must – Quality will be checked daily.
