An exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client at a time of growth. Your role would be to assist the Sales team providing administrative support and assistance, order inputting and management to ensure they are able to achieve their sales targets.

Temporary Sick Cover - potential for Permanent
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
£10 per hour

Duties:

Support and work alongside the Sales Manager to develop and grow the clients market
Receive and collate customer paperwork, keeping track of any issues and order status
Dealing with data entry formalities
Liaise directly with the clients retail business partners to ensure goods are receive in a timely mannor
Prepare and provide documents to customers for shipments
Requirements:

Administration experience is essential
GCSE Maths & English is required
Previous export experience would be an advantage
Able to communicate efficiently and work closely with all areas of the business
Able to build relationsips with external companies to ensure goods are seamlessly transported
Able to use own initiative and work well under pressure
