Meridian are currently recruiting for a well- respected healthcare employer in Bridgwater who are seeking new Contact Centre Operatives to join them due to business growth. This is a telephone-based role and sucesfull Contact Centre Operative should be confident with this communication method.
What’s on offer?
Competitive of £18,500
Quarterly and annual bonuses (equates to roughly £2,000 per year)
26 days annual leave, plus additional 8 days bank holidays

No weekends (9-5, Monday- Friday)

To provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
Resolve customer issues first time
Provide an efficient service to all customers
To process all information and orders accurately
To monitor customer feedback and report as required
To effectively deal with any complaints
Ensure Data Protection and confidentiality is always maintainedRequired skills/traits:
Experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment- alternatively experience within the Care industry would be advantageous
Strong communication skills
Contribute to the wider team
The ability to learn new skills quickly
Strong IT skills
Experience of managing telephony duties with administration tasksHow to apply?
