Empowering Learning are currently recruiting on behalf of a schools in Rugby for a full time behaviour mentors. The setting provides education for Key Stage 1 through to Key stage 4 students. What you'll need to succeed
The role and responsibilities for a behaviour mentor/Teaching Assistant may consist of the following:
To support teachers in providing a learning environment that meets the intellectual, sensory and personal development needs of children
To support teachers in providing a learning environment that meets the spiritual, moral, social and cultural needs of children
To support pupils in the achievement of their individual learning and behaviour targets
To contribute to the safety of the pupils
To implement school policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety and general welfare of children
