The role will manage activities to support the integrity of the HRIS data as well as supporting leader and employee self-service. Supporting HRS projects and annual calendar activities, you will produce accurate and clear data, leveraging the Management Information reporting tool. You will create and maintain SharePoint sites and forms and have the skills to be able produce mail merge documents and arrange mass distribution via email using macros.

Description

Delivery of the existing suite of regular/scheduled monthly, quarterly and annual MI reporting from SAPHR
Fulfilment of reporting when required from SAPHR ensuring accurate information is provided
Delivery of continuous improvement to HRS reporting through automation
Data production supporting HRS activities and projects such as salary review, bonus cycle, performance management, employee surveys, annual benchmarking and mandatory reporting
Set up and maintenance of data feeds from a variety of sources ensuring that they are fit for purpose and resolved any issues when they arise
Uploads HRIS data into the MI reporting tool
Build SharePoint sites that allow data inputs
Champion data integrity processes and best practice that ensure SAPHR People data is accurate, up to date and effectively maintained
Produces letters using mail merge for bonus and pay review and mass distribution via macro email splitters using MS OutlookProfile

Experience of working with HRIS, management systems & processes with the ability to interrogate as needed
Experience of working in a data production/MI team with a proven track record of producing accurate, high quality MI
Numerate with strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident in building and maintaining SharePoint sites to collate information
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to build and deploy complex macros, maintain spreadsheets with a range of formula's and lookups, produce mail merge documents and distribute using macrosJob Offer
