Work Experience Within HR Department

Great opportunity if you are studying HR or Business and looking for work experience over the summer.

Staffline is recruiting for someone studying HR or Business to work in Redruth.

The rate of pay is £10.50 per hour.

You will work fixed shifts Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:

- 8.30am to 5.30pm

Your Time at Work

During your work experience, you will be assisting a small HR team in a busy Factory.

Your duties will include:

- Contacting applicants to screen and arrange interviews
- Preparing interview and offer letters
- Minuting interviews, grievances, and disciplinary meetings
- Contacting workers absent from work to conduct welfare checks and ensure they are ok
- Updating personnel records with the change of addresses, bank details, etc

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Work Experience candidate will be happy working in an office environment in an HR department and be IT literate.

Ideally, some HR experience or knowledge is desirable, however, this is not essential.
