Job Details
My client are currently looking for a confident, efficient and organised office administrator to join our ever-growing company.
The selected candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Responding to emails and answering telephone calls;
Liaising with customers regarding any questions / queries that they may have
Providing general administrative support to the team at all times;
Providing clients with formal quotations and booking in jobs via our bespoke software programme.
Essentials:
Quick learner who can think on their feet and use their own initiative.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment - working to tight deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to work in a team;
Flexible approach;
Excellent customer service skills;
Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable candidate will have:
Good time keeping skills
The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Excellent administration skills, with an eye for attention to detail
Contract Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £19,000.00 to 20,000.00 per annum
