Building Surveyor (Subsidence)

An excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor with experience in subsidence looking to work for a world leading company on a 12 month fixed term contract.

They have established themselves as a world leader in their industry, operating in over 60 countries across the globe. They are constantly adapting to suit their client's needs and are currently in the process of expanding their Surveying department. Due to this they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their expert team.

In this autonomous role you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic subsidence claims from the initial claim through to completion. You will managing your own case load and be involved heavily in projects as well as liaising with customers and contractors to ensure works are being completed to a high standard. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract but with the likelihood for extension or a permanent position afterwards.

This role would therefore suit a Building Surveyor with a background in subsidence who is looking to progress their career at a world leading company.

Junior Building Surveyor with subsidence experience
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or an associated Engineering qualification
Excellent people skills
