We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator who has used SAGE to work for a reputable company based in Leicester working as part of a small established team.
As the Sales Administrator your working hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm working a 37.5 hours a week with the opportunity to flex your working hours by an hour if you wish, as the Sales Administrator you will play a crucial part in all aspects of the business and must have experience in a similar role along with experience of using Sage
The main duties of the Sales Administrator will be:
Updating the internal database
Inputting sales orders using SAGE
Producing sales quotations and order acknowledgements
Preparation of CE certificates and despatch paperwork
Dealing with customer and production queries by phone and email
Assist with arranging UK and international deliveries with specialist couriers
Supporting Sales Managers when necessary
To be successful in the role of Sales Administrator
Will be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a small team
Have a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Will have effective planning skills, be aware of time critical tasks and the ability to balance workloads and provide seamless support
Will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Will be confident on the telephone and have excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
Must have experience of using Sage
