Administration Assistant
Manpower UK are currently partnered with a prestigious legal firm in East Kent who are looking to hire a new Administration Assistant for their successful team.
This is the perfect role for either a bright school/college leaver with exceptional grades and good IT skills or an experienced Administrator looking to return to full-time work.
The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and this will be an office-based role in Canterbury (social distancing measures have been put in place).
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to a specialist team of experienced fee earners. Our client is passionate about developing their staff and offer excellent progression opportunities.
Responsibilities will also include:
Undertaking general filing, preparation of court documents and compliance checking
Arranging appointments and managing diaries
Dealing with client queries via email and over the phone
Greeting clients
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Booking meeting rooms via Outlook system
Daily banking
Complying with all relevant company policies and procedures
Other administration duties as necessaryPlease note that you must have GCSE/A-Level or college grades A-C and experience using Excel, Outlook & Microsoft Word to be considered for this position.
Paying up to £18,000 per annum dependent on experience.
