The role of a Graduate Teaching Assistant will involve helping the day to day running of your subject specialism department. Although some of this will involve administrative work, the majority will be classroom-based working with students 1:1 or in small groups. The students will be requiring extra support for a variety of reasons and good communication, empathy and patience are highly important to be a successful candidate.
