Picker / Packer

We are looking for Picker/Packers in Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE12, this is for an immediate start.

The Picker/Packer roles have various shifts and shift times working on a 4 on 3 off shift pattern and is a great opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and hardworking team.

Days – 06:45 – 18:15

Nights – 18:45 – 06:15

Days – 07:00 – 17:00

The picker/packer position pays £8.91 - £9.91 per hour and successful candidates could progress upwards. Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Shifts:

Sunday – Wednesday

Wednesday – Saturday

Bunching and wrapping flowers
Attention to detail and Quality control
Stock taking
Manual handling up to 15kg
The Successful applicants will be:

•       Reliable

•       Hard working

•       Flexible when required

•       Experience is desirable not essential

•       Manual Handling and Physically able

•       Basic English Communication
