Client Onboarding Administrator
Job Title: Client Onboarding Administrator
Location: Bristol City Centre
Salary: 24-25k
Hours: Full time/ Permanent
Benefits: Pension, Annual leave 25 days + BH
My client a global consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Client Onboarding Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be assisting with a wide range of UK and Overseas clients providing support in compliance and onboarding
Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
Supporting client with all enquires promptly and making sure all information is recorded in the CRM system
Prioritise daily duties to ensure all client deadlines are met
Process all new Uk incorporations and ensure all customers receive appropriate advice regarding of their respective company within agreed time frames as appropriate
Be the first point of contact for clients taking instructions for incorporations, transfers, change of names and other associated products and services provided by the Company Formation Centre of Excellence
Proactively upsell additional series and provide quotes
To review client's preliminary instructions and advise on the client due diligence requirements in accordance with the latest money laundering regulations and ICAEW procedures
To complete the appropriate take on form for all new cases where annual services are required
Raise invoices for work performed
To arrange for other ad-hoc work as required by the client, including assistance in opening bank accounts, preparing powers of attorney, declarations, issuing membership certificates and preparing first board minute documentation;
Play an active role in developing customer relationshipsExperience and skills required for this position:
Educated to degree level - ideally Business or Law degree
Previous experience of working in a professional services environment - would be an advantage but not essential;
PC literate - Outlook, Word, Excel
Able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent customer services skills
Able to follow processes
Strong communications both written and verbal
