Job Details
The successful candidate will provide all round support to the Group Managing Director including managing all communication, diary management, travel arrangements, and vehicle management.
The successful candidate will also undertake the day-to-day management of a large property portfolio (residential, commercial and agricultural) including managing new and end of lettings, residential deposits, rent collections (including some invoicing) and summaries, regular meter readings, inspection of empty properties and arrangement of testing and required work.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a diverse PA role for senior management within a medium size company. They will also have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handle sensitive and confidential information.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a team, act on their own initiative, be organised with a can-do attitude, prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines, have excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work within a team, work under pressure, be able to adapt to situations as they occur and be able to successful resolve issues in a timely manner
