Page Personnel are currently supporting an exciting organisation in the Leisure sector based in Burton on Trent with the appointment of a People Advisor to join a busy team.

Description

Working as part of a small team and reporting to a Head of HR, the role of People Advisor is a varied, generalist HR role. You will be involved in a wide variety of HR duties such as:

Recruitment
Employee relations casework
HR reporting and data analysis
Providing advice to stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
Dealing with HR queries
Advising on employee trainingProfile

This is an exceptionally exciting role offering great career development and progression.

This role is well suited to an individual currently working within a HR Assistant or Coordinator position, looking for the opportunity to build your advisory experience.

Alternatively, you may already be working in a People Advisor (HR Advisor) capacity and looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills.

Ideal candidates will have comfortable excel skills with the ability to analysis and interpret HR data.

Job Offer

Up to £30000 depending on level of experience.

This role will be mostly office based, within a covid-secure environment. You with have the opportunity to work from home circa 1-2 days per week
