Customer Service Advisor - £18,000 - Poole
An established marketing company of almost 15 years is looking to grow their team due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company as a Customer Service Advisor.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in and amongst a team of like minded people to deliver a professional and timely service to all customers
Your role and responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound calls and emails
Taking all sales enquiries from start to finish
Recognising opportunities to up sell
Delivering excellent customer serviceAs a Customer Service Advisor you will receive great benefits, including:
