Page Personnel are currently supporting a highly successful manufacturing business based in Derby and Lancashire with the appointment of a strategic Learning and Development Business Partner to join an expanding team.

Description

Working closely alongside the Head of HR, the role of Learning and Development Business Partner is a multi-site position with regular travel between Derby and Lancashire, this role will be office based.

You will take responsibility for:

Establishing the L&D strategy, including the re-development and embedding of new policies and procedures
You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to review training-needs-analysis
Full design and delivery, working with subject matter experts internally and also sourcing relevant external suppliers as and when required
Evaluation of all L&D to understand and ensure Return on investment
Working closely with HR Business Partners to support with the generalist HR strategy such as employee engagement, reward and recognition, talent development etc
Re-design on-boarding and induction to ensure the visions and values are embeddedProfile

This is an exciting role for a proven Learning and Development Business Partner. Successful candidates will have:

A proven background in the full L&D lifecycle including strategic involvement and knowledge of re-developing policies and procedures
Have the ability to embed cultural visions and values
The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Be comfortable with regular travel between Derby and LancashireJob Offer
