Quest Employment are currently recruiting production operatives for a factory based in Brackley, NN13
The role of the production operative contributes to the ongoing success of the business and is a vital part of ensuring the product is of high quality. There are various departments you could work in which could include the preparation of the product, grading or packing. Within various roles some of the duties will include:
- Correctly placing product on the line
- Cleaning equipment
- Sorting of the product
- Grading of the product
- Preparing the product for packing
- Repetitive lifting of the product up to 2kg
- Some sections involve pushing and moving dolavs of up to 500kg
- Some sections involve heavy and light moving and pushing products
- Wearing correct PPE
- Following Health and Safety procedures at all times
- Adhere to food hygiene procedures at all times
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday (any 4 out of 5)
06.15-06.45 to 18.00
- Sunday to Thursday (working 5 nights)
15.30-03.00 (Sunday)
18.00-03.00 (Monday to Thursday)
Whilst this is a temporary role there is potential to be taken on permanently
