Job Details
We are recruiting Multiskilled Factory Operatives for a successful Frozen Food Manufacturing Company located in Boston.
Rates of Pay: £8.91 - £9.14, paid weekly. Paid Breaks. PPE provided. Overtime Available. Parking on site.
Hours of work: 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am.
Shift pattern: 3-2-2 meaning you will be working both days and nights, rotating, e.g. 3 Day shifts - 2 days off - 2 Night shifts.
The role requires the use of ride on Pallet Truck. A PPT licence is desirable but not necessary.
This is a temporary role but opportunities for permanent roles will be given to hard working and reliable candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role encompasses a range of responsibilities and duties and can be physically demanding at times. Previous food production experience would be advantageous.
Check all crates are clean and are free from any FM-debris. damage, or signs of pests.
Ensure the final product is covered and lids are correctly wrapped.
Ensure all pallet labels are scanned before pallets enter cold store.
Assist with cleaning of equipment and wash downs.
Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy.
Drive safety at all times. Report any accidents or damage immediately to the shift Team leader.
Any other duties as may be required from time to time.The suitable applicant:
Needs to be versatile and flexible in their approach to work duties.
Has experience driving PPT.
Hard working.
Able to meet physical demands of the role.
