Are you a Procurement professional with CIPS Level 2/3 interested in working for a dynamic consultancy which procures and manages a range of frameworks for a social housing consortium? Working from their central Birmingham office 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with real career progression and excellent benefits!!
 
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £32-35k per annum.
 
As Procurement Manager reporting into the Head of Procurement for this hugely successful consultancy, you will support in the management, planning and administering and delivery of compliant procurement of new framework agreements, long term contracts and the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will include administration of all mini competition and supporting the development of business cases for direct contract awards, including completion of all contract documentation.
 
It will be your responsibility to ensure all service and technical specifications and cost/ pricing models are representative of their members’ needs and expectations. You will be instrumental in working with e-tendering systems, working closely with all tender documentation associated to awards.
 
We are keen to hear from procurement professionals with good knowledge of frameworks, contracts and e-tendering portals and Dynamic Purchasing Systems. Experience of working in construction would be ideal, or social housing/ procurement consortium advantageous. You will most probably be studying at Level 2/3 CIPS of higher to be successful in this role. There is no management of a team in this role.
