Job Type: Temporary, 4 - 8 weeks

Hours of work: 30 hours per week (10:00am until 4:00pm)

Office Angels are delighted to be working alongside a leading design company based in Central Birmingham to assist with the recruitment of an experienced, confident and enthusiastic telemarketing professional.

As the Telemarketing Executive you will work closely and directly with the design and customer services team whilst holding the responsibility to respond to customer enquiries from a recent and highly successful TV advertising campaign. You will make high volume outbound calls to follow up on customer service enquiries, brochure requests and quotation requests with the aim to secure an appointment for a member of the design team to further discuss product options. You will also manage a complex diary of appointments for the team of designers making sure that excellent Customer Service is at the forefront of everything you do.

The successful Telemarketing Executive will possess the following skills:

Recent experience in a Telemarketing / Telesales / Customer Service role
A proactive and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication skills
Confidence and ability to secure customer appointments
Comfortable with diary management, task management and general support for a busy team
Competent computer skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
