I am looking for a confident Customer Service Advisor to join this banking organisation in Sparkhill, Birmingham. This is an inbound customer service role handling general banking enquiries

An international retail banking organisation.

Description

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling all face to face enquiries delivering an exceptional first class service, whilst referring quality leads/ cross selling opportunities and meeting all targets set by the Branch Manager. You will handle customer queries quickly and efficiently and promptly resolve any issues within the correct compliance procedures.

You will ensure that you are maintaining full compliance with regulatory and banking policies, for which full training will be provided.

Profile

The ideal individual for the Customer Service Advisor role will:

Be confident in interacting with people on a daily basis in a face to face environment
Have a high attention to detail
Be highly organised with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Work autonomously in a busy role
Ideally have worked in the Banking / Financial Services sector previously within a call centre and customer service role Job Offer

Full training including:

Regulatory training
Banking policies and procedures
Selling techniques, sales generation and cross-selling

Working hours 9.15 - 5.15

£9.45 - £11.53 per hour basic +_ holiday pay

Online portal for submitting time-sheets and accessing payslips (weekly pay, 1 week in arrears)
