Adecco are the largest recruitment company in the world and our Maidenhead Branch are looking to recruit a Candidate Consultant to join their successful team. Not one day is the same in recruitment so you will need to be able to multitask, work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate confidently at all levels. You role will be to provide support for the Temps Consultant in attracting and recruiting candidates for a variety of different vacancies.
The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management
Able to work as part of a small team
The ability to communicate confidently via telephone and email
Computer literate
The role will be meeting candidates face to face with a lot of telephone work therefore strong customer service skills are essential.
The Maidenhead Branch is well established in the market place, with a very long serving team and we are looking for someone to join us and be part of our exciting journey having fun along the way.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
