Summary
Exciting opportunity for a MIG Welder Fabricator to work for a well-established client in Loughborough who are heavily expanding due to a full order book for the rest of the year as well as already filling for next year. The working hours are 07:30- 16:30 Monday to Thursday with a 12:30 finish on Friday.
The Job
You will be responsible for the MIG welding of both Mild and stainless steel as per engineering drawings, as well as your MIG welding duties you will also be carrying out fabrication tasks as per drawing requirements. Other aspects will include quality checking your own work as well as working independently and as part of a team.
Essential Skills
MIG welding
Fabrication – working with hand tools and air tools
Experience working with some aspects of machinery
Able to work from engineering drawings
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to work as part of a teamThe Ideal candidate
Experience within MIG welding
Fabrication experience
Able to read engineering drawings
