Page Personnel are supporting a charitable organisation based in South Birmingham with the appointment of an L&D Business Partner - Digital Learning to join a busy team.
Description
Reporting to the Head of L&D, the role of L&D Business Partner - Digital Learning will involve leading of all digital/e-learning for the organisation:
Supporting the transformation of the learning offer utilising digital resource, work to transform pre-existing training modules into high-quality online courses that can be effectively monitored and evaluated.
Take the lead role in all design work associated with e learning products and modules
Be the subject matter expert (SME) on e - learning work proficient using Articulate Storyline 360
Liaise with SMEs across the organisation to assist in the design of e learning modules
Manage & develop the e-learning portal (LMS) To ensure equitable and extensive engagement in e learning courses internationally
Suggest improvements to current LMS to ensure a stable e-learning platform that can host modules externally
Produce periodic progress reports using the LMS as required by Head of Learning and Development
Develop e learning products for international use as required to meet identified needs
Act as the in house expert consultant to advise subject matter experts on the suitability of e-learning as a learning intervention for topics as required
Guide colleagues in the L&D team as appropriate on best practice associated with design of e-learning modules
Assist with all levels of learning needs assessments (LNA)
Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training interventions
Design, develop and disseminate learning and development policies and proceduresProfile
Suitable candidates for this L&D Business Partner - Digital Learning role will have a proven background in a similar e-learning position.
