Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Occupational Therapist (OT) Band 6-7 to join the occupational therapy Service, based out of Enfield in London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The therapy role within the team often involves functional assessments and providing professional advice which actively informs the teams risk assessments and discharge plans. The team works collaboratively with the wards’ Multi-Disciplinary Teams. The Team Leader provides a professional leadership role to members of the Occupational Therapy Inpatient Team in order to ensure that staff of the teamwork in partnership with other disciplines to provide an integrated Occupational Therapy service to all wards.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £27.00 - £34.00 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
