Job Details
We are looking for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Bedford
This is to cover maternity leave and the contract is to be confirmed but could be up to 12 months.
Main duties:
· To maintain and update the online student bursary system
· To organise and schedule payment runs.
· To post accounting transactions and perform balance sheet reconciliations within the accounting systems.
· To analyse reconcile and report support funds and process statutory and other returns/claims
Qualifications / Experience:
Level 4 AAT Qualified
Experience of preparing month end balance sheet reconciliations, payment runs, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables & SUMIFS.
Hours: 39 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Bedford
Start Date: To be confirmed
End Date: 12 months or less - yet to be confirmed
Interview Type: Microsoft Teams
Closing date: 23rd June 2021
