Job Title: Repairs Planner
Basis: Full Time
Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Type: Temporary ongoing
Location: Oldham OL9
To be responsible for the day to day scheduling of responsive works through the DRS system for a number of trade persons providing excellent service delivery to all customers while ensuring maximum efficiency and maintaining key performance indicators. To support the Repairs Managers in the planning and execution of responsive repairs. To act as the main contact for Customers, Customer Service Centre and other colleagues to progress responsive repairs through to satisfactory completion.
Job Role -
*Co-ordinating variable numbers of appointments/or works packages on a daily basis from start to finish ensuring these meet the directorate specific targets.
*Daily diary scheduling for numerous trades colleague/contractors, producing supplementary documentation as required such as works specification orders. To deal with all unavailable appointment periods by re-organisation of work to other trades colleagues/contractors and negotiation with tenants as required.
*To monitor, maintain and update electronic/manual appointment diaries to ensure effective management of appointments and ensure target/timescales are met.
*To deal, on a daily basis with emergency jobs, non-appointed tasks, variations, follow-on jobs, carded, cancelled and suspended jobs, making sure relevant systems are updated.
Candidate Requirements -
*Proven experience of coordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of large teams within a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
*Strong Customer Service and Administration Skills
